After your Nepal arrival and travel to your chosen lodging in Kathmandu, our guide will shortly explain you about the Everest Base Camp trek program. An early arrival may allow you to see a bit of Kathmandu and make last-minute purchases or rent of gear.

We advise you to go for an early sleep in the evening as the high air traffic of autumn and spring periods often leads to the relocation of the Lukla flight to Ramechhap airstrip. A midnight road trip of around 5 hours may happen to reach Ramechhap.

A day will begin with early departure to Lukla after which our trekking down will commence with our support crew. Forwarding down through Chheplung, Chaurikharka, Thadokoshi, and Ghat by the sandy shore of Dudh Koshi, Phakding will be reached to give us our first Himalayan sleep in Everest.

From Phakding, we pass by the farmlands of Benkar and reach the Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo. After permit arrangement and examination, we will move through Jorsale to Hilary Steel Bridge.

A challenging inclined path will next direct us to Namche where we see Lhotse, Thamserku, Khumbila, Nuptse, Kongde Ri, Taboche, and Everest.

A whole day off at Namche has been placed when you can scale Khumjung (3790 m) and Everest View Hotel (3880 m) and enjoy a one-hour tea break with Nuptse, Kusum Kanguru, Everest, Thamserku, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse.

From Namche, we will advance through Kyanjuma and cross over Dudh Koshi to reach Phungi Thanga (3250 m). A two long hour of difficult ascent will direct us to Tengboche where we will explore its Monastery.

After Tengboche, we will move upward through Deboche and make a brief stop at Upper Pangboche (3900 m). After seeing its monastery, we will continue our upstream walk along the rugged rocky ridges of Orsho, Shomare, and Tsuro Wog to arrive at Dingboche.

Lobuche, Taboche, Island Peak, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Everest of Khumbu await our admiring glance.

We can utilize this day with the climb and exploration of Chhukung village and Chhukung Ri (5546 m) or stay at Dingboche and face the 5050 m high rocky wall of Nangkartshang/Nagarjung Ridge.

After Dingboche, we will ascend over the rocky ridges of Dusa and hike by Khumbu Khola to reach Dughla (4500 m). Another difficult rising trail will test our endurance till we see the memorial chorten at the Dughla Pass (4830 m).

We will then hike upward along the steep shores of Khumbu Glacier till we are at Lobuche for dinner and sleep.

Finally, our Everest Base Camp trek itinerary is leading us to the Everest Base Camp today. Upward trekking along the edge of the Khumbu Glacier, we will navigate the Lobuche Pass.

Then the shores of the Changri Nup and Shar Glacier will advance us up to Gorakshep. After a small rest, we will continue to EBC and explore its ice and snow filled terrain.

We have Pumori, Lingtren, Lhotse, Khumbutse, Nuptse, Lobuche, Taboche, and Khumbu Icefall peering at us. We will now consistently hike downhill to Gorakshep once more.

Another early start to our day when we will take an early morning ascend to Kala Patthar. Everest with Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Khumbutse, Nuptse, Lingtren, Pumori, Thamserku, and Lobuche will be glancing at us with a big golden smile.

We will now go back down beside the shore of Changri Glacier through Lobuche and Dughla to Pheriche.

The same route through Shomare, Pangboche, Deboche, Tengboche, Phungi Thanga, Sanasa, and Kyanjuma Villages will guide us back to Namche today.

On the climax day of our Everest Base Camp trek, we will ramble through Jorsale, Monjo, and Phakding to be at Lukla. We will thank our crew and celebrate the graceful completion of our Everest Base Camp trek 14 days expedition.
